Billing Policies - Your credit card will be billed by the
Hotel for the First Night’s Room and Tax. The total price includes state mandated 9% Nevada Room Tax.
Some hotels may charge an additional
nightly energy surcharge, phone usage fee or other property specific
fees; these are not included.
If person who's card paying for room is not
going to be present at check in, a 3rd party authorization needs to
be filled out prior to arrival. To request an

Cancellation Policies - NO fees or penalties will be assessed to
any Hotel changes or cancellations made by 8:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time 3
days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Please call 1-866-834-2766 to
cancel a reservation.
Note* The Riviera Hotel does charges a $15
cancellation fee, if you may need to cancel you may want to select a
different property. Flight and Hotel Packages are subject to

All no-shows are NON-REFUNDABLE for the
First Night's Room Rate and tax. Please note that

The Price Protection Guarantee Policy- The Price Protection Guarantee refers to
the process in which VegasNow.com continually searches for the
lowest rate in our network of hotels. VegasNow.com will provide to
the customer the lowest rate we find for the room selected
at the time of booking until a designated time before check in.
The Automated system continues to search rates at select times to verify
that the rate has not gone down. However, VegasNow.com cannot
guarantee that rates will not fluctuate and become lower in-between
searches. If you find a lower rate on our website and your rate
has not yet been adjusted by the system please contact VegasNow.com
and your reservation will be rebooked at the lowest available rate.
No rate adjustments can be made within 72 hours of check in Date.
Check in Policies - If the credit
card used for the reservation deposit is going to be used for payment,
the card holder and card must be present with Photo ID.
Any preferences or requests made are
not guaranteed but hotels will do
their best to accommodate you.
This includes Smoking and Bedding
preferences.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to
check into a room at most properties.
A credit card or cash deposit may be
required at check-in for incidental charges.
Some room descriptions may differ
from the actual room you receive.
