Blackstone’s Steakhouse - While the restaurant may be named for magician Harry Blackstone, the real magic in this restaurant is performed by Chef Brian Howser and his expert staff.  One of the premier restaurants in town, Blackstone's offers mesquite grilled steaks that are aged to perfection and plenty of fresh seafood appetizers and entrees.  The leaded glass windows, gilt-framed posters and bevel-edged mirrors create an intimate and inviting atmosphere for an evening of fine dining.   Monte Carlo Brew Pub - Records of ancient civilizations indicate beer making has been a tradition for 6,000 years. Lance Burton - Burton performs Tuesday through Saturday in the $27 million theatre built and named in his honor.   Monte Carlo Brew Pub - One of Las Vegas' hottest night spots, the Monte Carlo Pub & Brewery not only features a great selection of food and microbrews, but also live music, dancing and fun. The fun begins nightly at 9pm with a DJ and continues into the night with bands performing from 9:30pm until 2am. There is no cover charge, but you must be 21 years of age to enter after 9pm.   Houdini’s Lounge - Houdini's lounge is an intimate bar and gathering place that offers a variety of entertainment. For those who prefer the soothing sounds of piano music, Houdini's Lounge offers live music Thursday through Sunday night from 10pm to 1am. There is no cover charge, but you must be 21 years of age.
