Mix - Soaring high atop THEhotel is Mix, a perfect combination of culinary art, cutting edge interior design and astounding vistas of the Strip, featuring world cuisine. Reservations suggested.

restaurant rm - An intimate environment reminiscent of a luxury yacht club with the freshest entrees from the world's oceans. Upstairs, RM Seafood. Located in Mandalay Place. Reservations suggested.

Fleur de Lys - Chef Hubert Keller brings his signature restaurant to Las Vegas, offering the same contemporary French cuisine for which he has become famous.

Aureole - Modeled after Charlie Palmer's famous New York eatery. Featuring a four-story wine tower. Reservations are recommended.

China Grill - Not necessarily Chinese. Spectacular Asian-inspired cuisine is served in generous portions, dramatically presented and meant for sharing. Reservations suggested.

Shanghai Lilly - Classic Cantonese and Szechwan specialties served in a romantic and elegant setting. Reservations suggested.

Red Square - Serving over 100 varieties of vodka on Las Vegas' only ice bar, this restaurant features signature perestrojka-inspired cuisine. Reservations suggested.

Trattoria Del Lupo - Wolfgang Puck presents a dining experience that is like a stroll in a small Italian piazza. Open daily.

Rumjungle - Entertainment and food, with dishes served on flaming skewers from a tropically-inspired menu. Open Evenings.

Border Grill - Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger present the bold, authentic foods of Mexico. Dine inside or on the patio under the palms. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

House of Blues Restaurant - Serving southern specialties with a Cajun/Creole accent in a unique and comfortable setting. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ivan Kane's Forty Deuce - This back-alley burlesque house has tantalized the Hollywood A-List into a new appreciation for the striptease. With intimate seating and a smoky vibe, Forty Deuce opens to an appreciative audience in Las Vegas. 

Rumjungle - An innovative night spot, rumjungle lights up the night with music, excitement and exotic drinks. After the dinner hour, rumjungle gets positively primal, becoming one of Las Vegas' hottest nightclubs.

House of Blues - With a capacity of approximately 1,800, the legendary House of Blues plays host to an eclectic mix of live music.
